Payment options

Rent is due by the 1st of every month.  If the rent have not been received by the 5th, a $35 late fee will be applied to your rent.

• Cash App:  $Rentpd

• Venmo:  Deanna-Williams-207

• Online through the Resident Center:  Sign up through E pay for no fee.  Every month your rent will automatically be deducted from your bank account.  Another option is to pay with a debit or credit card for a 2.95% fee through the resident center.
